strawberry jam



we made more but Ive given most away or it didn't process so we quick ate it - next time try a recipe with pectin - took too long the without it - but the sitting strawberries for days in my kitchen did smell incredible. I think raspberry is next. I used a recipe from the small batches cookbook angry chicken had a post about canning awhile ago and everyone suggested the ball blue book of preserving
